Make up tips; A simple way to see the real you.

Well, I got you here under false pretences, or did I?  For as I get older I begin to look at younger women today and the make up they wear, I think to myself, oh my, that's a lot of make up.  So what lies behind, Is make up really a "false pretence"?  Now, I am using 'make up' as a metaphor, for the way we as individuals hide behind a façade.  Men and women for centuries have been using, an altered appearance to hide the real them, whether it is make up, hair styles, spectacles, clothing styles/fashions, the type of car they drive, house they live in, the locations of their homes, or schools the children attend.  It' all false news.  Well for the majority it is.  Don't get me wrong, there is no issue with trying to achieve material success, lifestyle improvements,  or providing the best, one can for the family.  However, the issue is, are these a mask, the 'make up' for our own insecurities, sense of inadequacy etc..  All too often we here of paren

I left part 1, with us looking at and considering the inner self, and more importantly how this can help us with the "why me?" question. For many people the focus on the "why me" can be part of a contributing factor to a mental health issue, or even an individual with a mental health issue can then become compelled, or more easily drawn to the negativity of that question.  Interestingly, mental health issues are rarely caused by extrinsic factors such as status, lack of wealth, power or possessions etc.  Yes some of those factors do contribute to mental health issues, I know this myself having endogenous depression.  However, those factors in themselves do not 'cause' mental health issues, but rather contribute to the way we handle our mental health. After all, even if one's mental health is good, as lack of money when needed etc can cause temporary stresses/anxiety.  However, most healthcare professionals, and I fall into that category, will say that
